DEERFIELD TWP., Ohio -- Sheriff's deputies are investigating after a man committed suicide during a domestic dispute in Warren County.
Emergency crews were called to
S. Shore Drive near W. Bay Drive around 7 p.m. for a report of a domestic dispute.
Officials say when police arrived on scene, a man came out of the house and fired shots at officers. Officers returned fire.
The man went back inside the house, and shot and killed himself, officials say.
The Warren County Coroner is at the scene.
Police say the woman involved in the domestic dispute was not harmed.
The man's name has not been released.
