A man tells police he cut the power cords to up to 40 vending machines on the campus of the University of Cincinnati.
Matthew Peterson, 24, of Corryville, is facing three counts of felony vandalism. He was arrested Wednesday afternoon after being caught on video in several of the cases.
University of Cincinnati Police say Peterson "admitted to doing this about 30-40 times over the last twelve months."
Police say Peterson was "sorry". A motive is not known.
