Police say a month after 20-year-old John Emery was released from jail he robbed a man at gunpoint on Blair Avenue in Avondale.
This happened back in June of 2006.
Emery was on probation for drug charges and carrying a concealed weapon.
Deputies say he has ties to the Avondale area.
"He has friends that can hide him out. He has places that he can stay and so he doesn't have a permanent residence. He can jump from house to house and stay with friends and people that he knows," said Joel Kimmet, Deputy US Marshal.
