Mayor Postpones Vote On Recycling Proposal

Cincinnati Mayor Mark Mallory stopped a vote this Wednesday to expand the city's recycling program.

The $3.5 million proposal would provide more recycling bins to homeowners and offer incentives for people to participate.

The mayor says he stopped the vote because of the timing of the layoff announcement.
