The Hamilton County Department of Environmental Services is accepting applications for the 2009-2010 'Green Team' Youth Council.
This program is for high school students between the ages 13-18 residing in Hamilton, Butler, Clermont and Warren counties.
HCDOES will select approximately 20-25 students to participate in these meetings.
The 'Green Team' provides students with the opportunity to learn more about environmental issues such as air quality and recycling, while also making an impact in their schools and communities.
Volunteer opportunities and excursions to environmental sites of interest will also be scheduled throughout the year.
