This week for Try-It-Out-Tuesday we're testing the "Pasta N' More" microwave pasta cooker.
We used pasta that doesn't normally work in the microwave, but it turned out just fine. But the real bonus with this system is the convenience factor.
You cook it, strain and can serve it all in one container.
The container did get hotter than we expected, even the handles were too hot to hold for long, which is a problem since you have to use them to strain the pasta.
We bought this on clearance at bed bath and beyond for $12.99.
Remember this was an unscientific test with unscientific results.
