Tri-State residents can save a life by simply stopping at WCPO's studios.
Channel 9 is teaming up with the Hoxworth Blood Center for the "On Your Side Summer Blood Drive."
It runs from noon to 7 p.m. Wednesday.
WCPO is located at
1720 Gilbert Avenue, right outside of Downtown Cincinnati at the bottom of Mt. Adams.
All blood donors will receive a limited edition Hoxworth Summer T-shirt. They will also be eligible to win a pair of tickets to Kings Island.
In order to donate, you must:
- Be at least 17 years old (16 with a signed parental consent)
- Be in good health
- Weigh at least 110 pounds
- Bring identification
It is recommended that donors eat a good meal and drink plenty of water within four hours before donating.
