CINCINNATI -- A Colorado man is under arrest after police say they found a huge amount of marijuana that was ready to be distributed in East Walnut Hills.

Cincinnati police vice units arrested Charles Hanson Toll, 59, of South Fork Colorado at a home in the 2700 block of Moorman Tuesday morning.
Cops say Toll was in possession of 190 pounds of pot, which was prepared for distribution, as well as a large amount of cash.
He is being held on a $2 million bond following his arraignment Wednesday morning.
