Construction could resume soon on the completion of Kenwood Towne Place, but it all depends on a court hearing with Bank of America.
The hearing takes place at 8:30 Thursday morning in Hamilton County Court, where both parties could strike some sort of deal.
In a foreclosure lawsuit, Bank of America claims it's owed more than $81 million from the retail and office development. The money stems from loans and a sheriff's sale.
But Thursday, Kenwood Towne Place could be placed under receivership. That would allow construction to resume as early as this fall.
Work at the site was suspended months ago, but some of its anchor stores are already operating.
