Reported by: Bernard WatsonWeb produced by: Ian Preuth Ground will be broken Wednesday on Cincinnati Premium Outlets, a $100 million project that is supposed to bring high end outlet stores to the Tri-State.
The new outlet mall will be located southeast of I-75 and Ohio 63 on a 117-acre site in Monroe.
When construction is finished, the new village style mall will encompass 400,000 square feet and feature 120 stores.
Although the names of the stores coming to the area have not been released yet, the Chelsea Property Group, which will manage the property typically features up scale brands such as Polo, Calvin Klein, J. Crew and Benetton.
When completed, Cincinnati Premium Outlets is expected to bring an additional 800 jobs to the area.
