"karenosler" I agree. I was behind a fedex truck not long ago and he was flying down the expressway with the back of his truck on FIRE! I tried flagging him down but he was too busy talking on his cell. I called 911 and they finally got him off the road.

as of 2:00pm it was still bumper to bumper and shut down.

I hope they find the idiot driver underneath the paint!

concerned1 - all drivers can haul hazardous for fedex, just takes special permits and placards. fmrloveland - have you driven in the rain at 4 am and seen how low visibility is? Channel 9 is biased in their reporting by saying two trucks ran right into them - trust me if they actually RAN RIGHT INTO them, no one in the cars would have survived and the pictures would show a lot more damage. It has nothing to do with speed, but weather. And the outcome probably would have been different if he would have been going faster - maybe he'd been by the cars before they crashed and wouldn't have to be ridiculed by others.

How did he not see the car flipped in the middle of the road before he got close enough to hit them, yeah they need to raise the speed limit for trucks alright. This proves it. If he would've been going faster, this could've had a whole different outcome.

...Why was a Fedex truck carrying paint? I didn't think one could ship hazardous materials... or is that just USPS...

I'm not surprised at this at all the way people drive on Interstate 75 between 275 and the Ohio River. Trucks and cars fly through here, tailgate, and cut other people off everyday. There needs to be more patrolling in this area, you never see a Cincinnati Police car or State Trooper. This is a high accident area.

You know, I was on I 75 last week and was just amazed at how fast 2 Fed Ex trucks were going (saw them at separate times) . I am shaking my head. Thank goodness no one was hurt.
