CINCINNATI -- As construction on The Banks project moves forward, it may slow down some Downtown drivers Thursday night.
Officials say the ongoing construction is requiring them to close of the south curb lane of Second Street between Walnut Street and Main Street overnight while crews complete a large concrete pour.
The lane will close at 8 p.m. and reopen at 6 Friday morning. Traffic will still be allowed in the remaining lanes on Second Street, but pedestrians will be detoured.
