Did you catch the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday Night Football? That game was in High Def, and boy it looked great.
But the Bengals on a Sunday afternoon? The recent game against Cleveland was not Digh Def. Why not?
Converting network cameras and broadcast equipment to High Def is very expensive. Next year, all NFL games should be in HD.
Right now, only "marquee" games -- like Monday Night Football or the top Sunday matchups -- get the HD equipment.
Games considered to be the lowest tier -- like the Bengals vs the Cleveland Browns -- dont warrant HD yet.
