If you're looking into buying any football season tickets online...Beware. I've warned before about scammers selling tickets for unbelievably low prices. They are doing it again this year.
Last year, we showed you a Tri State man, Bob Nydick, who wired hundreds of dollars for Bengals season tickets but never received anything.
In recent weeks, a Philadelphia Eagles fan lost two grand after wiring the money via Western Union.
The FBI says scam artists are stealing user names of real eBay and Stub Hub members. They then offer NFL tickets for sale, and ask you to wire money to them.
Check out sellers very carefully. Some red flags? A seller asking you to wire money via Western Union, or a seller who says he's been transferred to Canada, England, or other countries.
