I've bought from TigerDirect and never had a problem.

@ winston57... Time Warner did NOT buy AOL. It was the other way around. Time Warner was taken over by AOL because it had the stock to do so. Time Warner wasn't selling. In other words, via stock, AOL was able to gain control over Time Warner... it was an aggressive take-over.

Yeah, my son swears by TigerDirect, so maybe this won't be so bad!!

I always had good luck with Tigerdirect on computer stuff. They bought the "Comp USA" name also...

Typo, I meant their company.

I refuse to buy anything from short circuit and the h3!! with tiger direct. I've spoken with csr's from there company and they have the nastiest demeanors and attitudes. There csr's are a bunch of smart @$$E$ and there merchandise is $hitty. I don't shop online unless it's a small purchase (cd I can't find in a store) and that's only from amazon.com (even that isn't a regular practice for me.

I can't imagine why anyone would pay any actual money for the Circuit Sh***y name. But then again Time Wiener bought SOL for a bunch of billion$ so no accounting for brains. Some names deserve a merciful death so we never have to hear them again. CC is one of them.

Buyer Beware is all I can say about Tiger Direct. I have only bought one item from them and it was junk and was out alot of money. I would never do business with them again. Don't waste your money

Tiger Direct is a great place to buy refurbished computer and electronic equipment. We've bought several things there without any problems. Too bad they had to get involved with Circuit City, the worst place to shop.
