A Blue Ash woman is accused of conning the man who owns a downtown deli who happens to be blind.

Kent Parker has run the deli inside the courthouse for years.

During that time, a lot of people have been busted for taking advantage of his blindness.

This time, police say 23-year-old Melissa Cordell handed Parker $1 bills, but said they were $5 and $10 bills.

Another employee caught Cordell.
