Synopsis:
A drought has occurred. As a result, the government has banned private toiletries and the citizens must use pay-to-pee toilets regulated by a monopolistic company, the Urine Good Company, which charges exorbitant prices. The assistant custodian at the poorest urinal in town, Bobby Strong, decides enough is enough. With the help of the daughter of the CEO of the Urine Good Company, Hope Cladwell, Bobby ends up leading a rebellion.

All guests planning to attend an event at the Gallagher Student Center must park in accordance to university parking policies available at Xavier Campus Police.
Visitor passes may be obtained at the University Drive entrance to Xavier University (during normal business hours) or at the Campus Police headquarters (Flynn Hall, open 24/7) located at 1648 Herald Avenue. Designated visitor parking spaces are located behind the Gallagher Student Center.
