Telemarketing in any way, shape, or form should be outlawed! Period!

Those numbers should be blocked from the telemarketers.

The emergency centers should be tracing the originating numbers and fining the companies; that would put a quick halt on those calls.

These "robo dialers" need to be illegal. I personally am sick of answering my phone only to have it be telemarketing promos.
