Where were the parents while this was happening? Not only should the kids be penalized the parents should also pay a large fine covering the pay for the officers that were involved.

let them wash police and fire equipment!? No way. Make them labor for the coroner.

Give them several years in a detention lock up. Those idiots could have killed someone very easily and they knew that it was a possibility. If they don't pull time then let them wash the police and fire equipment every weekend for one year..
