The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office is investigating an accident that critically injured a teenage girl in Colerain Township Monday morning.
Authorities say 18-year-old Chelsea Taylor, of Cleves Ohio, lost control of her vehicle while traveling eastbound on Springdale on Thompson Road.
Her vehicle crossed over the center line into oncoming traffic where it was struck by a vehicle driven by 54-year-old William Lang, of Cincinnati.
Taylor was transported to University Hospital where she is listed in critical condition. Authorities say she was not wearing a seat belt.
Lang was not injured and investigators say he was wearing a seat belt.
Alcohol and/or drugs are not believed to be a factor in the crash.
