Respected Conductor in Cincinnati Gets Prestigious Position

A respected conductor in the tri-state has been appointed Music Director of New York City's renowned Collegiate Chorale, founded by Robert Shaw.

James Bagwell has been Music Director of the May Festival Youth Chorus in Cincinnati for 11 seasons and has been the Bard Music Festival's Director of Choruses for 6 years.

He succeeds the late Robert Bass, who died in August of last year.
