Police are on the scene of what they believe is a Double Murder, Suicide in the 1200 block of
Waycross Road in Forest Park.
Police were called by family members of the elderly couple and their son that are believed to live in the home.
The victims have been identified as 86-year-old Joseph Haynes, 72-year-old Joan Haynes and 49-year-old William Haynes.
Police believe the son used a revolver hand gun, shooting and killing his parents before turning the gun on himself.
Police say William moved back home in April after losing his job in Florida.
"It's very shocking that this would happen in my neighborhood. You know like I said right around the corner where I live. It's sad, it's shocking, and it's disturbing. Yes it is," said neighbor Ronald Troutman.
Police also said that there was no history of violence or abuse at the elderly couples home and that they are still trying to figure out what happened.
