An investigation is underway after a Clermont County crash claimed the life of one man and sent another to the hospital on Tuesday.
Police say Timothy O'Neal, 20, of Bethel, was traveling north on Amelia Olive Branch Road when he lost control, struck a tree and rolled over in a ditch. O'Neal was pronounced dead at the scene. He was wearing his seat belt, according to police.
Jeremiah Hall, 24, of Felicity, suffered serious injuries. A medical helicopter flew him to University Hospital.
Investigators do not believe alcohol was factor in the crash.
