An accident on the ramp from southbound I-75 to westbound I-275 in Sharonville is slowing traffic during the beginning of rush hour.
Police say three vehicles crashed around 3:50 p.m.
A medical helicopter transported one person to the hospital.
Several lanes of the interstate were blocked.
Police have not released any other information.
