A Warren County grand jury has indicted a 40-year-old man for gun violations stemming from an incident at Kings Island.
Bobby Spears was arrested on June 6 by Mason police while carrying a loaded handgun in the parking lot of Kings Island.
He has been indicted on a concealed weapons charge and a weapon with disability charge.
