Police arrested Jezrael Vaughn at his home in Rising Sun, Ind., after he allegedly accepted a package at the post office there containing marijuana and the materials to make anabolic steroids.
He's in jail tonight.
Police are looking for a couple in Arizona who allegedly supplied Vaughn with those materials.
