A very smart dog from Missouri is getting national attention for his handy work.
Cowboy, a border collie, helps his owner with his carpentry work and may even appear on the "Late Show with David Letterman" showcasing his talents.
Cowboy helps water the lawn, pick out tools and plays basketball, said his owner J.R. Kelly.
The dog even learned to bring a hammer, screwdriver or tape measure when Kelly asks for it.
Producers from Letterman's show contacted Kelly because they want Cowboy on the show.
