Fundraiser To Help Injured Lockland Officer

Fundraisers continue to help injured Lockland Police Officer, Brandon Gehring.

Gehring was critically injured while trying to put down stop sticks along southbound Interstate 75 nearly two weeks ago. He was struck by a West Chester Police officer.

He remains in critical condition at University Hospital.

Friends, family, colleagues and even strangers have reached out to the Gehring Family with prayer.

Several fundraisers have helped to raise thousands of dollars to help cover Gehring's medical expenses.

Valley's Police and Firefighters group has planned a fundraiser for Sunday, May 3.

You can show your support at the fundraiser from noon to 4 p.m. at the Wyoming Village Green located at 400 Wyoming Avenue.

Donations in Officer Gehring's name re also being accepted at any Fifth Third Bank location.
