If you want to grab some great deals on groceries, then you might want to head over to Norwood Thursday morning.
Kroger is celebrating the completion of its newest grocery store by giving away coupons, gift cards and more.
It opens at 7 a.m. Thursday along the 4500 block of Montgomery Road in Surrey Square.
The newly constructed store is 80,000-square-feet, which is nearly twice the size of the existing store.
It will feature Kroger's first personal finance money shop in the region, where customers can cash checks, pay bills, as well as receive insurance and lending services.
Plus, the first 300 customers at the door get coupons and a $10 Kroger gift card.
If you're there between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., you'll also be able to meet Marty Brennaman.
But the festivities don't end Thursday. They continue Friday and saturday.
The new store is naturally helping the economy as well by c
reating 135 new jobs here in the Tri-State.
