Barackfan: Is that the best comeback you have for me, to call me an imbecile? And also to insinuate that somehow, Duke Energy will be charged for the helicopter? I'm certain that some health insurance company will be footing the bill for that. NamVet: You hit the nail on the head with your comment. Barackfan: How's that working out for you? LMAO..........welcome to the Socialist Republic of the USA.

First off…..the man was electrocuted and is still in the hospital with severe burns, my thoughts and prayers to him and his family in this trying time…..secondly “barackfan”….Duke will ALSO charge you for the “cap and trade” and “carbon credits” that your “idol” is pushing through congress! Utilities WILL NOT pay those cost increases ….YOU WILL….!! Washington knows this and also knows that people like you will focus their discontent towards the utility and NOT Washington (where the blame actually belongs). All the while Washington will continue growing fat and lazy by receiving YOUR tax dollars collected by the utilities letting the utilities be “the bad guys”……. I am NOT a fan of Duke Energy, but hold on to your wallets because your electric bill is about to sky rocket all in thanks to your current Washington administration…………. “Washington ethics”; Just more sneaky ways of separating you from your money!!

The attorney general will conduct an investigation. And bill the victim for it of course.

Heck...I'm shocked every time I come to work. Seriously, I hope he'll be ok. Going to say a short prayer for his speedy recovery.

BigFrog, I'm sure that no one wishes this man anything but well and hopes he recovers quickly. However, all you have to do is open your latest Duke Energy bill to understand and appreciate the cynicism of the previous posters.

Why don't we try to keep our eye on the ball here, folks? A man was seriously injured today. Keep in mind that he probably has a family and that they are all concerned for his health. Bejeezus.........the nerve of you people.

I'm pretty sure we already have paid for it, but I'm also sure we'll see an addition to our bills.
