Police say someone has once again tried to take advantage of a local deli owner's blindness.

Police have charged David Doane with theft after they say he stole snacks from Kent Parker's deli inside the Hamilton County Courthouse.

Police say this is at least the third time this month that someone has tried to steal from Parker.
