Prosecutors say suspected serial killer Anthony Kirkland could face new charges for a fifth murder.
Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters says he will present the case to a grand jury in the next 45 days.
Investigators have identified charred bones discovered last year in North Fairmount and the identification has led to the new possible charge.
While police have identified the remains, they are waiting for next of kin to be notified before releasing a name.
Kirkland is facing charges for the murders of Esme Kenney, Casonya "Sharee" Crawford and Mary Jo Newton.
He also killed and burned Leola Douglas in 1987.
