LINCOLN HEIGHTS, Ohio -- An alleged poke of a finger into the chest of the Village Manager in Lincoln Heights led to a man being charged on Monday.

Leonard Warren, 49, is facing misdemeanor counts of menacing and assault.  Police say he "verbally assaulted" Robert Bannister at the village hall before he finally poked him in the chest.

Warren is from College Hill.  It is not clear what the dispute was over.
