Lawmakers Pass New Budget In Indiana

Indiana's budget crisis has been resolved.
The state senate approved the new two-year budget this evening and then Governor Mitch Daniels quickly signed it into law.
Daniels says the budget has some flaws, but it does limit spending.
Lawmakers had until midnight to pass the budget, or else most of the state government would have shut down.
