Neighbors gathered for a “Unity Walk” for racial harmony in College Hill tonight.
It's the second year for the event which is sponsored by the College Hill Presbyterian Church.
Anyone wanting to join the walk were told to meet at the corner of North Bend Road and Hamilton Avenue just before 6 p.m.
From there they walked to the church for a neighborhood block party which will continue through 9 p.m.
On Saturday the 6th Annual Rhythm Race winds its way through the streets of College Hill starting at 7 p.m., followed by a free “after-race” community party that goes until10 p.m. at the Pleasant Hill Academy on W. North Bend Road.
