An eco-friendly exhibit opens this weekend.
“Earth 2009” is aimed at celebrating the beautiful aspects of nature, while showing people the need for conservation.
The exhibit opens Saturday at the Kennedy Heights Arts Center.
"Artists in particular, are very willing to address this and see the beauty and the usefulness of the earth,” said Bob Kling, the exhibit’s curator, “but, also to see how much care is required to take care of the earth and to use it in the right way, so we leave something behind for our kids."
