The 17th annual Cincy Blues Fest has kicked into gear.
It runs from 5 p.m. until midnight Friday and from 2:30 p.m. until midnight Saturday at Sawyer Point on downtown Cincinnati riverfront.
More than 50 local, national and international blues acts will be performing on several stages.
There is an admission charge – $10 on Friday night and $15 on Saturday night, but it’s for a good cause.
Proceeds help fund the "Blues In The Schools" program,which educates local students on the history and styles of blues music.
